Can­tonale Berne Jura 25/26

Every year, artists from the can­tons of Bern and Jura submit their port­fo­lios for the annual exhi­bi­tion Can­tonale Berne Jura. Eleven exhi­bi­tion venues from the two can­tons make their selec­tions from these sub­mis­sions. The jury of the Kun­sthaus has chosen 36 artists, whose cur­rent works are now being shown in Lan­gen­thal. The vari­ety of artis­tic media and themes is vast — rang­ing from the use of nat­ural mate­ri­als to explo­rations of arti­fi­cial intel­li­gence, and from tiny objects to large-scale paint­ings and spa­tial instal­la­tions. The exhi­bi­tion also fea­tures artists from very dif­fer­ent gen­er­a­tions, whose works now enter into dia­logue within the rooms of the 200-year-old building.
