Cantonale Berne Jura

2011 took place the first «Cantonale Berne Jura» as cooperation of eight institutions from the canton of Berne, Musée jurassiens des Arts in Moutier having an inter-cantonal status. In the current year, the canton of Jura was strengthened by the participation of La Nef in Le Noirmont. The inter-cantonal Christmas exhibition offers the artists of both cantons a huge exhibition space with very different rooms such as a former church, an old Grand Hotel , a villa or a former and community hall like in Langenthal. At the same time it opens up to the audience the local arts in a broader framework and thus provides contacts behind communal and cantonal borders. The Kunsthaus Langenthal presents at the Cantonal 2013 26 artists, selected by a jury.
